Sales Intelligence Report Branding

Customise the branding shown on Sales Intelligence prospect reports and analysis reports so your call to action, trust signals, and proof points match how you sell.

Report Branding lets you control what prospects see after they open a Sales Intelligence report. Instead of sending a useful analysis and hoping they know what to do next, you shape the next step directly inside the report.

This is where you define the main button, supporting trust signals, and customer success stories that appear on prospect reports and full analysis reports. If you work in multiple languages, you can also tailor branding per language.

Where to find report branding

There are two normal ways to reach this page depending on how you work inside the platform.

RoutePath
From the sidebarOpen the agency dashboard, go to `Platform -> White-Label -> Report Branding`
From Sales IntelligenceOpen `Sales Intelligence`, then click the `Report Branding` link
Worth knowing

If you open the page from Sales Intelligence, you will also see a `Back to Sales Intelligence` link at the top, which makes it clear the branding is tied to the report workflow.

How the page is organised

The page is split into three tabs across the top: `Call-to-Action`, `Trust Signals`, and `Success Stories`.

You will also see a `Preview` button in the top-right corner that opens a live preview panel so you can check the report experience as you make changes.

  • Call-to-Action controls the main next step button
  • Trust Signals add short credibility messages near the button
  • Success Stories add testimonials and optional customer photos
  • If multiple languages are configured, a language selector appears beside Preview

Set up the call-to-action button

The CTA button is the primary action prospects see on the report. It should match your actual sales process rather than just looking good in the preview.

  • The selected button type is highlighted in green
  • Use the `Button Text` field if you want to override the default wording
  • Leave `Button Text` blank if the default wording already fits
  • Add the destination URL the button should open after the report is viewed
Button typeDefault textBest for

Custom TextYou define itAnything else
Worth knowing

Keep the promise aligned with the destination. If the button says `Book a Demo`, send people to a booking page rather than a generic homepage.

How to write stronger CTA copy

Short, direct wording usually wins here. The report has already done the heavy lifting, so the button only needs to make the next step feel obvious and low friction.

  • `Start My Free Trial` is stronger than something long and formal
  • `Get Your Free Report Review` can work if you want a more specific custom CTA
  • Avoid vague wording like `Learn More` unless the destination is genuinely educational

Use trust signals to reduce friction

Trust signals are short credibility messages displayed near the CTA. Their job is to make the next step feel safer, simpler, or more appealing.

You can turn this section on or off with the toggle at the top, and you can show up to two trust signals at a time.

  • Use `Add Trust Signal` to create a new one, up to a maximum of two
  • Each trust signal can use a preset or custom text
  • Custom text supports up to 100 characters
  • Use the trash icon to remove a signal

Worth knowing

For most agencies, `No credit card required` plus `Cancel anytime` is still a very strong default pairing.

Add success stories that feel credible

Success stories are customer testimonials shown inside the report. They give the prospect social proof at the exact point they are deciding whether to take the next step.

You can enable or disable the section with the toggle at the top and add up to three stories.

  • Quote is required and supports up to 500 characters
  • Customer name is required and supports up to 100 characters
  • Title or company is optional and supports up to 100 characters
  • Customer photos are optional

Customer photo uploads

If you tick `Add customer photo`, the upload area appears and you can either drag and drop a file or choose one manually from your computer.

A preview appears immediately after upload so you can confirm it looks right before saving.

What makes a stronger success story

The strongest testimonials feel specific and grounded. A weak testimonial sounds like generic praise. A strong one sounds like a real business saw a real result.

  • Include numbers where possible
  • Mention the timeframe if it matters
  • Use the customer full name and business name when permission allows
  • Keep the quote concise even though the field allows more
  • Always get permission before using a quote or photo
Example qualityWhy it works or fails
Strong: “Within 3 months our Google reviews jumped from 12 to 85.”Specific result, clear timeframe, believable outcome
Weak: “Great service, highly recommend!”Too vague and gives the prospect nothing concrete to trust

Set up language-specific branding

If your account supports multiple languages, English acts as the default base. Other languages inherit from that setup until you save a language-specific version.

That means you do not need to rebuild every language from day one. You only create overrides where a different CTA, translated copy, or local testimonial set actually matters.

  • Choose a language from the selector in the top-right corner
  • Make the changes for that language
  • Click `Save Changes` to create the language-specific version
  • A green dot in the selector shows that the language now has custom settings
Worth knowing

If you see a blue banner saying the language is inheriting from English, that simply means no override has been saved yet.

Delete a language-specific override

If you want a translated version to fall back to the English default again, select the language and delete that language setting from the selector menu.

English cannot be deleted because it is the base layer for inheritance. If needed, English can be reset back to the original defaults instead.

Preview, save, and reset

  • Use `Preview` to open the live report preview panel
  • The preview updates as you edit, which makes it easier to catch awkward CTA copy or weak testimonial layout
  • Click `Save Changes` at the bottom to apply the current setup
  • Use `Reset to Defaults` if you want to return to the original starting point
Worth knowing

Reset only changes the values on screen. You still need to click `Save Changes` if you want that reset to become live.

Where this branding appears

Your report branding is applied to both prospect reports and full analysis reports. The correct language version is chosen automatically based on the report language.

If there is no saved language-specific branding for that report, the English default is used instead.

  • Prospect Reports
  • Full Analysis Reports

Best practices

  • Match the CTA to how you actually sell
  • Keep trust signals believable and relevant
  • Use testimonials with concrete outcomes rather than generic praise
  • Check the preview before saving, especially on custom language versions
  • Review this setup whenever your offer or sales motion changes
