Transactional Emails
Transactional emails are sent out when certain events occur in your platform. Overtime we will be introducing more emails and like everything within the platform you can customize these emails or disable them and use webhooks instead!
Note: All transactional emails are supplied in English by default but agencies can translate these by following the below steps.
How to modify the welcome email
The welcome email is sent to new customers automatically when they signup or when they are created via the agency dashboard. Below you will find the steps to modify or disable this email:
- Go to agency settings
- Click on transactional emails
- Click edit/disable on the welcome email
How to modify the trial ended email
The trial ended email is sent out whenever a customers trial has expired and they have not subscribed to a paid plan. Below you will find the steps to modify or disable this email:
- Go to agency settings
- Click on transactional emails
- Click edit/disable on the trial ended email
