How to setup ChatGPT to reply to reviews

ChatGPT can be used to reply to reviews within the platform by utilizing our auto generate option when responding to a review. If your customers are connecting via Google sign-in or Facebook the response will be posted directly from the platform.

To provide this feature to your customers agencies must first connect their OpenAI account to their platform. In this guide we will go over all the steps required so your customers can start using the power of AI.

Prerequisites

Before getting started make sure you have an account created with OpenAI and then click here to get your API key.

Setup Guide

  • First go to agency settings
  • Click on artificial intelligence in the left sidebar
  • Click the add provider button
  • Give your AI provider a name (in this example we will call it ChatGPT)
  • Under provider select OpenAI
  • Click add
  • Now open a new tab or window in your browser and go to https://platform.openai.com/account/api-keys
  • Click the create new secret key button
  • Give your secret key a name (for this example we will call it EmbedMyReviews)
  • Click create secret key
  • Copy the generated secret key to your clipboard
  • Click done
  • Go back to EmbedMyReviews and paste the key into the API key input field
  • Now open a new tab or window in your browser and go to https://platform.openai.com/account/org-settings
  • Copy the organization id to your clipboard
  • Paste the organization id into the organization id input field in EmbedMyReviews
  • Click verify
  • For the review response model leave the default as text-davinci-003
  • Click save
  • Great! You have now configured ChatGPT for review responses
