Email Templates

Setup guide

To get started follow the below steps:

  • Go to agency settings
  • Click on email templates in the left sidebar
  • Click the add template button
  • Either select one of our supplied templates or click start from scratch to create your own
  • Within the template editor give your template a name (this is customer facing)
  • Design your template and insert placeholders for any dynamic data
  • Once you are happy with the design you can either save or save and push the template to your customers accounts

Note: If you are editing an existing template that has been pushed to customers and you don't yet want to push the current modifications just click save. Once you are happy click the save and push button and the changes will be sent to the customers accounts.

Any templates that are being used in active campaigns will not be changed as this would most likely annoy users.
